Lotima Cookie Policy
1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit the Service, letting it recognise your browser on later visits. Alongside cookies, the Service uses similar technologies: browser local storage for interface settings.
2. Cookies Lotima Uses
Lotima uses first-party cookies only:
- essential cookies: sign you in, keep your session, protect against request forgery, run the Service's core functionality, and store your cookie preferences themselves;
- functional cookies: remember interface and studio settings (theme, language) so you don't have to set them again on every visit;
- analytical cookies: link events of the Service's own product analytics within a single session; the data is not shared with third-party analytics services;
- marketing cookies: remember which link or partner campaign brought you to the Service — this is needed to correctly attribute a partner payout.
Third-party advertising and analytics trackers (web-analytics counters, advertising pixels, session replay) are not used in the Service.
3. Essential and Non-Essential Cookies
Essential cookies are required for the Service to work and cannot be disabled without losing core functionality. Functional, analytical, and marketing cookies are not essential: disabling them does not affect the availability of the Service's core functionality.
4. Managing Cookie Settings
You can manage cookies at any time through your browser settings (blocking cookies, deleting stored ones), and — where the Service shows a cookie consent banner — also through that banner and the cookie settings section in the Service. Deleting essential cookies will require signing in to your account again.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Lotima does not place third-party advertising or analytics cookies in the Service. The only exception is the automated-registration protection service (captcha), which, during verification on the sign-in and registration pages, may set its own technical cookies required for the verification to work.
6. Do Not Track
The Service honours the browser's Do Not Track signal: with DNT enabled, non-essential cookies are not set without the user's explicit consent.
7. Changes to This Policy
Lotima may update this policy. A new version is published on this page with an updated version number and effective date; users are additionally notified in the Service of material changes (new cookie categories or third-party providers).
8. Contacts
